At Benchmarc Telecom, our mission is simple, help businesses navigate the maze of Telcommunication Contracts, billing complexities and ensure vendors are following their contractual & project-oriented obligations. Our Founder and President, James (Jim) Mueller has managed telecommunication negotiations for some of the largest Healthcare and Finance companies in the US for more than 30 years. His vast Telecommunication experience includes not only direct selling expertise, project management, vendor management and partnership relations, but management experience with Verizon (MCI) & AT&T. Jim has also partnered with other telecom and cable providers over the years to ensure his clients received the best solutions available. Having sold over $1.2 Billing for the large Telecoms, I possess the necessary understanding of their approach and revenue approaches allowing me to have the knowledge of what is possible in achieving cost reductions for your firm. During his early years in the IT industry, he managed and wrote over 250+ Disaster Recovery Plans for some of the largest Healthcare, Manufacturing and Government entities in the country.
Jim is a Veteran of the US ARMY and the Florida National Guard, and we are a proud Veteran owned/operated business located in Ormond Beach, Florida.
